At Embri Nails, every set is handcrafted with care and made specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any press-on nail sets, sizing kits, custom orders, or accessories.

Please double-check your sizing, shape, length, and design selections before placing your order. If you're unsure of your size, we highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email].

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will gladly repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

 

Allergies & Skin Reactions

Our nail products and application materials may contain ingredients that could cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.

By purchasing from Embri Nails, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use.
• You should discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, discomfort, or any adverse reaction occurs.
• Embri Nails is not responsible or liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, injuries, misuse of products, or damage resulting from the application or removal of press-on nails or adhesives.

If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test with any adhesive before full application.

Proper Use

Embri Nails is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Improper application or removal
• Incorrect sizing selection
• Excessive force or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Exposure to harsh chemicals
• Failure to follow care instructions

Following the included application and removal instructions will help maximize wear and protect your natural nails.

Color & Design Variations

Because every nail set is handmade, slight variations in color placement, artwork, glitter, charms, and embellishments may occur. These small differences make every set unique and are not considered defects.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor, or device settings.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you based on the inspiration photos and design requests you provide.

While we strive to recreate your vision as closely as possible, exact replicas of another artist's work cannot be guaranteed. Small artistic variations may occur.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
